& Cancellation Policy

MMOOVVEE Online Sessions Cancellation Policy
Introduction
At MMOOVVEE, we strive to provide our members with quality fixing and training services. We understand that circumstances can change, leading you to modify your status regarding your booked sessions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds at MMOOVVEE.
Rescheduling:
Terms and Conditions
- Assessment session:
- The assessment session can be rescheduled only once.
- Second rescheduling for the assessment session will result in a 30% fee for the session payable by the customer.
- Third rescheduling for the assessment session will result in a 100% fee for the session payable by the customer.
- Fixing and training sessions (purchased in packs of 3 sessions at a time):
- First rescheduling of the entire 3 packages can be done free of charge.
- Second rescheduling of the entire 3 packages can be done for a charge of 30% of session 1.
- In case of a third rescheduling, the customer is charged the full first session.
Rescheduling Process:
- To initiate a rescheduling, customers must submit the rescheduling form on our website/app at least 24 hours before the session starts. Choose the session to be rescheduled and book the date and time of the new session.
- Once the new session is booked, the rescheduling will be confirmed, and you will receive an email and WhatsApp message of the new session’s date.
Cancellation & Refund
Terms and Conditions:
- No cancellation and refund are accepted for the assessment and first session of the package.
- Once the assessment session and session 1 are completed, the customer has the option to cancel the other sessions that have not been yet conducted if s/he so choses.
- Refund for the canceled sessions is possible after filling the cancellation and refund form and as per the above conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Process:
- To initiate a cancellation and refund process, customers must submit the cancellation and refund form on our website/app at least 24 hours before the session starts.
- Once the form is submitted, you will receive a notification email and WhatsApp message that your request has been received.
- The request will be processed, and the customer receives the reply 5 working days after the submission of the request.
- A refund when applicable will be initiated and disbursed as per the payment partner conditions and timeframe.
- Once completed, you will receive a notification email and WhatsApp message confirming the refunded amount.
No-Show Cancellations
Terms and Conditions:
Sessions to which the customer does not show up without any notification will be automatically rescheduled only once, after that they will be payable in full.
No-Show Cancellations Process:
- After a no-show to any session, the customers will receive a rescheduling email. The customer has 24 hours to reschedule the session.
- If the 24 hours pass and the customer does not reschedule the session will be charged in full.
MMOOVVEE Accademy Cancellation Policy

Certificate of Completion Policy
For participants to receive a Certificate of Attendance, they must be present for the entire duration of the training. Participants…
- Will not be permitted to make up missed training hours.
- Will not be permitted to take other meetings or phone calls during the training (except for during designated break times and lunch).
- Will not be permitted to arrive late or leave early. In the instance that one of these rules is violated, the participant can continue to participate, but WILL NOT receive a certificate of achievement.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted in writing via mail. For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 15 business days prior to the start date of the training.
- Cancellations received 7 business days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund.
This policy is due to the high level of customization involved in our trainings, which is based on the number of people that have registered as well as space limitations. If a program is canceled by the academy, a full refund will be provided.
Substitution Policy
- Substitutions are accepted in writing via mail, email, or fax (contact information is listed below) by providing the name of the current registrant and the name of the substitute.
- Substitutions may be made up to 15 business days prior to the training for no fee.
- Substitutions cannot be made after the training has started.
Health and Safety Cancellation Policy
In-person trainings will be conducted in accordance with the training location latest health and safety guidelines. If the training is unable to be held in-person, it will be postponed or, if possible, held online. Participants can choose to transfer the registration or cancel the registration for a refund.

Policy Changes
MMOOVVEE reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. All customers will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to their implementation.
